Product Description: Epsom Salts Bath - 1000g (1 kg) Magnesium sulfate (magnesium sulfate) Our Epsom salt is 100% pure and natural, without any additives, preservatives, or dyes. It is a concentrated magnesium sulfate, perfect for use in the bath, spa, shower, relaxation, and detoxifying processes. It is known for soothing sore muscles and acts as an efficient means of detoxifying the body, fighting fatigue, and relieving muscle pain.

Epsom salt baths cleanse and soften the skin, help muscles relax, combat fatigue, relieve stress, and ensure deep, peaceful sleep. This salt has been used for supporting sore joints, relieving headaches, and is beneficial for detox, weight loss, and cellulite control programs.

Application: For a bath, dissolve 400-500g of Epsom salt in warm water (37-38°C) and soak for 15-20 minutes. For foot baths, use approximately half a glass of salt in warm water (37-38°C) and soak for 5-10 minutes. As a body scrub, mix a small amount of salt with olive oil or shower gel and apply it using massage movements.
